We are seeking an experienced IT Support & Helpdesk/System Admin to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in managing IT systems, troubleshooting Windows environments, and supporting a range of IT infrastructure needs, including Azure Virtual Machines (VMs), Hyper-V, and general system administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and troubleshoot Azure VMs and Hyper-V environments.
  • Administer Windows Server, Active Directory and Azure portal.
  • Provide advanced IT support for hardware, software and network issues
  • Assist with IT inventory, installations, resets and upgrades
  • Ensure security and maintain system integrity
  • Collaborate with the IT team to improve infrastructure.

Experience & Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Windows-based environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and Hyper-V.
  • Understanding of secunty best practices.
  • Proven IT support and system administration expenence.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Abity to work remotely with flexible hours.
