Are you a dynamic professional with expertise in Broadband Management Solutions, Public Wi-Fi Networks, and Guest Internet Services? Do you have both technical acumen and strong client engagement skills? We are looking for an experienced and visionary leader to head our Broadband Management Solutions department.
Key Requirements:
- Educational Background: Degree in IT, Telecommunications, Networking, or a related field. An MBA or experience in technical sales is a plus.
- Networking & bandwidth management (firewalls, VLANs, Qos, traffic shaping).
- Experience in Hotspot controllers, captive portals, and user authentication systems.
- Knowledge in IPTV, digital signage, and guest-facing solutions in hospitality.
- Expert in WI-Fi security and performance optimization.
- Experience in product positioning, pricing, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- 5+ years in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or public Wi-Fi sectors.

Job Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy: Drive the growth and positioning of our Broadband Management Solutions division.
- Technical Expertise: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of guest internet solutions, public Wi-Fi, and IPTV/casting technologies.
- Client Engagement: Act as the key liaison for clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Supplier & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with international vendors and technology providers.
- Sales & Marketing: Develop go-to-market strategies, participate in pre-sales activities, and support the sales team with technical presentations.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of technical engineers and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
