Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English (both oral and written), with Sinhala & Tamil proficiency being a plus. This role involves crafting engaging content across multiple platforms to enhance brand presence and audience engagement. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and edit high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging and shareable content, including articles, videos, infographics, and more.
• Implement effective content strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to develop innovative content ideas.
• Optimize content for SEO and social media platforms to maximize reach and impact.
• Manage and maintain a content calendar for timely publishing.
• Analyze content performance using analytics tools and refine strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (oral and written) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Sinhala and Tamil (oral and written) is an added advantage.
• Proven portfolio of content creation (please provide samples or links).
• Strong understanding of content strategy, SEO, and digital marketing trends.
• Experience in writing, editing, and multimedia content creation.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, CMS tools, and content marketing tools.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
