Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Chiox's ERP solutions and cloud-based products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully.
- Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Track sales performance, meet monthly/ quarterly targets, and report progress to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Provide excellent post-sales support and assist with customer queries when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in sales (preferably in ERP, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software is an advantage.
- Passion for technology, business solutions, and client success.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
