Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for Chiox's ERP solutions and cloud-based products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully.
  • Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Track sales performance, meet monthly/ quarterly targets, and report progress to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide excellent post-sales support and assist with customer queries when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales (preferably in ERP, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software is an advantage.
  • Passion for technology, business solutions, and client success.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
