We’re hiring an AI Engineer at Cogntix.

This is a hybrid role (you’ll need to work from our Jaffna office at least 3 days a week). The salary range is LKR 200K - 250K, plus 0.2% equity in Cogntix with a 4-year vesting period.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on NLP and LLMs. 2+ years in software development.
• Strong Python skills, experience with Langchain, PyTorch, Hugging Face.
• Proven experience optimizing LLMs in production.
• Experience with vector DBs, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Passion for open-source AI models and staying current with the latest AI research.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for user-centric product development.
