JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Odoo Software Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Odod's framework and modules, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop customized solutions to meet business requirements.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

1. Odoo Development:

• Develop, customize, and enhance Odoo modules based on business needs.
• Design and implement new features and functionalities within the
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

2. Integration and APIs:

• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications using APis and connectors.
• Ensure seamless data exchange between Odoo and other systems.

3. Testing and Debugging:

• Conduct thorough testing to ensure code quality, performance, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing Odoo modules and customizations.

4. Collaboration:

• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to understand and implement project requirements.
• Provide support to end-users and assist in the deployment process.

5. System Maintenance:

• Perform regular updates and maintenance of the Odoo system.
• Monitor system performance and optimize as needed

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Proven experience in Odoo development (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
• Proficiency in Python and knowledge of Odoo's ORM, workflows, and framework.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and database management.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of business processes, including CRM, ERP, inventory, and accounting.
• Knowledge of Odoo installation, configuration, and module deployment.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Problem-solving mindset with excellent analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Odoo certification is a plus
• Experience with Linux/Unix systems and server management.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
