Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into technical requirements for Al applications.
• Design wireframes, process flows, and user stories to support scalable solutions on Aisera's platforms (eg. LLM Studio, Workflow Studio).
• Oversee integration of KAYA Al solutions, ensuring alignment with customer systems and business goals.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, delivering clear documentation and presentations.
• Analyze system performance and user feedback, suggesting improvements to Al workflows and experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years as a Business Analyst in a technical or Al-related role.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS environments or implementing Al-driven solutions.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong understanding of Al technologies, including conversational Al, LLMs, and automation tools.
• Familiarity with APis, data pipelines, and enterprise system integrations.
• Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms is a plus.

Business Acumen:

• Proven ability to understand and analyze complex business requirements.
• Experience working in domains, such as IT, HR, or Customer Service is preferred.

Analytical Skills:

• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools.
• Ability to identify trends and derive insights from structured and unstructured data.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams and presenting ideas to both technical and non technical audiences.
