We are looking for a passionate and skilled Junior IT

Executive to join our team and work with a well-known government bank in Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate will have a degree in information technology or a similar discipline and at least one year of relevant experience. This role allows you to assist our IT infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to the seamless operation of our digital systems.

Qualifications Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT support or junior IT role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of IT systems, networks, and basic cybersecurity practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal disruption to banking operations.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement system upgrades and security measures.
• Document IT procedures and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions.
