Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and supporting project coordination efforts to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives. This role is a blend of analytical problem-solving and project management, making it ideal for someone passionate about bridging business objectives and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
  • Analyze data and business processes to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of project tasks.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.
  • Support the creation of functional specifications and work closely with the technical team to ensure requirements are understood.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and help implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams to ensure clarity and resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or in a related role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, Trello, or other project management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis, reporting tools, and business process modeling is a plus.
