Associate Analyst - Retail Products

The Analyst in the Retail Produets Department (RPD) will support the business process reengineering and digitization initiatives, working closely with Product Managers, and other relevant stakeholders, and external parties. The role involves analyzing current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that align with the bank's digital transformation strategies.

Job Profile

The selected candidate will be responsible for,

• Anslyze and evaluate RPD business processes to identify areas of improvement and propose digitization and process reengineering solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to design and document streamlined workflows and processes.
• Assist RPD to fine tune projects identified and liaise with external vendors to ensure the effective implementation of digitized solutions.
• Support business decisions by providing data-driven insights using tools such as Tableau, advanced Excel, and other analytical platforms.
• Extract, compile, and analyze data through querying databases to support decision-making processes.
• Assist in automating reporting and analytics processes to enhance operational efficiency and ensure accurate reporting.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance for implemented solutions to ensure alignment with business goals.

Applicant's Profile

• HND or Undergraduate in MIS, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field with 1 - 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of current IT trends, digitization, and automation technologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (macros, pivot tables, complex formulas) and experience with Tableau or similar business intelligence tools.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of working across departments and with external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Project management experience is considered an added advantage.
