Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, anticipate requirements, and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement optimization strategies to streamline workflows.
• Stay updated on the latest IT and process advancements to modernize systems.
• Manage confidential accounts and coordinate project activities.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to communicate ideas and findings.
• Perform requirements analysis and document outcomes.
• Share insights and project plans with cross-functional teams and management.
• Collaborate with clients, technicians, and managerial staff to achieve project goals.
• Gather critical information from client meetings to produce actionable reports.
• Provide leadership, training, and guidance to junior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in creating detailed reports and delivering impactful presentations.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in English communication is mandatory.
