Job Summary

Stalione Group is hiring a creative and self-motivated Web Designer to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience, skill development, and portfolio-building opportunities. We seek candidates passionate about solving problems through design and participating in all phases of digital projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design websites aligned with branding or client specifications.
• Create and update mock-ups for project pages.
• Present design concepts to clients.
• Develop PSD layouts and convert them to HTML and CSS.
• Test and ensure website functionality.
• Manage domain registration and hosting.
• Fix functionality issues and remove dead links.
• Share innovative ideas and collaborate on projects.
• Work virtually with teams in Colombo and Australia.
• Commit to 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s in Web Design or certification (e.g., IWA, CIW).
• Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, PHP, WordPress, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and SEO.
• Strong graphic design, communication, and time-management skills.
