Job Summary

Stalione Group is hiring an experienced Full Stack Developer with expertise in Laravel and React Native to lead our development team. This role combines technical leadership, hands-on coding, and team mentoring, offering an opportunity to deliver innovative software solutions while driving project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development managers to discuss software projects and requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies for software upgrades and enhancements.
• Design and develop software programs, websites, and applications.
• Assign tasks and mentor junior developers.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code.
• Review and optimize software systems.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate tasks.
• Prepare and present development reports to stakeholders.
• Create technical documentation for new software.
• Train staff on software usage and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proven mobile app development experience (Android and iOS).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, PHP (required), Python, and C#.
• Expertise in Laravel (required), React Native (required), AngularJS, and React JS.
• Knowledge of relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Advanced project management and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
