Job Summary

Stalione Group seeks a visionary Head of Technology to lead our technological strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives. This leadership role involves managing the technology team, overseeing IT infrastructure, driving innovation, and steering the company toward digital transformation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a technology strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead, mentor, and inspire the technology team to foster collaboration and innovation.
Plan, implement, and manage technology infrastructure.
Ensure IT systems are secure, efficient, and reliable.
Identify and adopt new technologies for competitive advantage.
Collaborate with departments to address technological needs and solutions.
Manage technology budgets and prioritize cost-effective strategies.
Drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
Oversee software development projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles.
Expertise in IT infrastructure, software development, and digital transformation.
Proven experience in managing technology teams and large-scale projects.
Strong understanding of emerging technology trends.
Proficiency in budgeting and technology procurement.
Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment.
