KEY RESPONIBILITIES:

• Work closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Configure, customize, and implement Odoo ERP modules based on client needs.
• Provide functional support, training, and guidance to clients on Odoo functionalities.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration and customization.
• Perform end to end testing to ensure system functionality and performance.
• Prepare project documentation, including requirements analysis, user guides, and training materials.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the implementation process.
• Support post-implementation phases to ensure client satisfaction and system stability.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS :

• 2+ Years of experience with Odoo ERP implementation and ERP Functional Consultancy.
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong understanding of business processes (e.g., sales, inventory, finance, HR, etc.).
• Familiarity with Odoo modules and their configuration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Python or PostgreSQL is a plus.
