RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct user research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points. Use insights to inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and functionality.
• Design aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance the user experience.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs meet business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Define and create intuitive user interactions and animations that enhance the product's usability.
• Ensure designs are accessible, inclusive, and optimized for a range of devices and screen sizes.
• Maintain detailed design specifications and style guides to support consistency across the product.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design standards.
• Address user pain points and create design solutions that balance user needs with business goals

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• High attention to detail with a focus on creating pixel-perfect designs.
• Awareness of the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
