Position: IT Hardware Technician
Location: Thelwaththa Junction, Negombo
Work Hours: 9.00 AM to 7.00 PM
Salary: Based on qualifications & experience
Are you skilled in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining IT hardware? We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our dynamic team!
- Experience with hardware installation, repairs, and upgrades.
- Basic knowledge of networking and system troubleshooting. ( Router, access point & repeater configuration, network cabling, workgroup configuration, printer & file sharing)
- Laptop service and part replacement (Display, Keyboard, HDD, RAM, etc)
- E mail configuration (MS Office Outlook, Mozilla thunderbird).
- All kinds of device configurations (printers, scanners, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of CCTV camera installation and configuration.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Valid driving license (required for field visits)
