KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Perform requirements analysis to understand project needs.
• Document and communicate the results of your analyses.
• Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.
• Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users
• Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or an MBA.
• Internship or prior experience in an IT environment is required.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate closely to determine acceptable solutions.
• Advanced technical skills, particularly in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Experience in creating detailed reports and delivering presentations.
