The ideal candidate should meet the following essential criteria:

• A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• Excellent Analytical and problem solving skills with a solution oriented mindset
• Minimum 3-4 years experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile working environment.
• Passion in translating business level requirements into user stories and tasks for the development team.
• Produce clear and concise documentation in gathering business requirements.
• Excellent communication skills whilst having the ability to bridge the gap between the Customer and the Technical teams.
• An expert in Customer relationship Management
• Working knowiedge of the Attlassian suite of tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc..)
