RPA Developer (Robotic Process Automation)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology
• Certifications in RPA development or workflow automation technologies
• Minimum one (01) years of previous RPA development hands on experience
• Ability to demonstrate advanced RPA programing/configuration/analytical skills to achieve business process automations using UiPath / MS Power Automate
• Experience in ML Modeling Techniques and Al developments will be an added advantage

Job Role

• Design and develop process automations using UiPath robotic enterprise framework and other related tools and MS power automate in accordance with design principles and industry best practices
• Evaluate the business process and make recommendations with an automation first mindset for better out come
• Use of agile practices to increase the effectiveness of the project development to meet dynamic customer needs
• Ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle by proactively communicating progress on an on-going basis
• Skills in identifying gaps in automating business processes and add value through technological innovations and advance RPA techniques to minimize the gaps
• Support RPA Architect / Manager by maintaining the established framework of the project deliveries to meet the SLAs and given deadlines
• Demonstrates an aptitude for learning, mentoring and applying new and updated RPA and development tools and techniques including software development disciplines
