Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist to lead the design, development, and implementation of CRM solutions that drive our business goals. If you have a passion for optimizing business processes and a deep understanding of Dynamics 365, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and deploy Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Lead CRM improvement projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize and customize CRM systems for enhanced user experience and business performance.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members.
- Ensure data integrity, system enhancements, and perform troubleshooting as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest features and best practices of Dynamics 365.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 year’s experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices and system integration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, SQL, and other related technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a leadership role within a CRM-focused team.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Experience with customer service modules and automated workflows.
