Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist to lead the design, development, and implementation of CRM solutions that drive our business goals. If you have a passion for optimizing business processes and a deep understanding of Dynamics 365, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and deploy Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Lead CRM improvement projects from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Optimize and customize CRM systems for enhanced user experience and business performance.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members.
  • Ensure data integrity, system enhancements, and perform troubleshooting as needed.
  • Stay updated on the latest features and best practices of Dynamics 365.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 year’s experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices and system integration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, SQL, and other related technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a leadership role within a CRM-focused team.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
  • Experience with customer service modules and automated workflows.
