Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to produce compelling social media content, including images, videos, and posts.
- Execute both organic and paid social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools and generate actionable insights for optimization.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to keep strategies relevant and competitive.
- Develop a consistent posting schedule, manage the social media calendar, and ensure timely publication of posts.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster community growth through active interaction and collaboration.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance and audience engagement.
- Stay updated on social media best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to continuously improve campaign performance.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience managing social media campaigns, preferably for a brand or agency.
- Proven track record of running successful campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics, tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Experience with paid social media advertising, including budgeting, audience targeting, and performance analysis.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with an eye for engaging and creative content.
- Strong English communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration, client interactions, and clear presentation of campaign strategies and results.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
- A passion for social media trends, creativity, and audience engagement.
