Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 368 CRM Specialist to lead the design, development, and implementation of CRM solutions that drive our business goals. If you have a passion for optimizing businesa processes and a deep understanding of Dynamics 365, we'd love to hear trom you.

Key Kesponsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Lead CRM improvement project from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solution
• Optimize and customize CRM systems for enhanced user experience and business performanc
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members.
• Ensure data integrity, system enhancements, and perform troubleshooting as needed
• Stay updated on the latest features and best practices of Dynamics 365

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong understanding of CRM best practices and system integration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, SQL, and other related technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a leadership role within a CRM-focused team.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Experience with customer service modules and automated workflows.
