EXECUTIVE - DIGITAL SIGNAGE & IT SUPPORT

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, organize, and schedule digital content for our LED displays across various locations
• Work closely with the content and IT teams to ensure timely and accurate updates
• Monitor and troubleshoot display performance, quickly identifying and resolving issues
• Assist with basic networking setup and connectivity issues related to LED display content delivery
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure optimal display performance and customer satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in Content Scheduling: Familiarity with digital content scheduling platforms and workflows
• Basic Networking Knowledge: Understanding of networking principles to troubleshoot connectivity issues and maintain display systems
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues independently
• Attention to Detail: Ensure content accuracy and monitor display quality
• Team Player: Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in IT support or digital display management
• Familiarity with LED technology and display software
• Having a certification of CNA will be an added advantage
