THE JOB involves

• Handling operational and logistical tasks of research projects
• Working on research proposals
• Liaising with clients and principal agents
• Coordinating with and Training of Research Assistants

THE PERSON should have

• Skills to conceptualize, plan, organize, prioritize and pay attention to detail
• Ability to meet timelines and complete tasks
• Proficiency in English Language, working knowledge in Sinhala &/or Tamil
• Practical use of MS Office, Email and familiarity with Digital Technology and Devices
• Effective Communication, People and Teamwork skills
• Graduate level qualification from a recognised institution

Having experience in a similar work environment will be an advantage.
