Position: Zoho Cloud Software Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Zoho Cloud Software Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Zoho’s suite of cloud applications for businesses, including CRM, Projects, Desk, Books, and more. You will be an expert in streamlining processes, customizing features, and ensuring seamless integration with other platforms, helping our organization leverage the full potential of Zoho’s tools to drive efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Zoho CRM Management:

• Customize and configure Zoho CRM to meet specific business needs.
• Create and manage workflows, automation, custom fields, and reports.
• Implement CRM strategies to improve customer relations and sales processes.

Zoho Projects and Desk:

• Oversee project management within Zoho Projects, setting timelines and tasks.
• Ensure effective customer support using Zoho Desk, including ticketing and response systems.

Zoho Books & Invoicing:

• Manage financial transactions, invoicing, and accounting using Zoho Books.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax codes.

Zoho Analytics:

• Generate customized reports and dashboards for insights into key business metrics.
• Interpret data to support decision-making and strategy development.

Integration & Customization:

• Set up integrations between Zoho and other third-party tools, such as payment gateways, email marketing platforms, etc.
• Customize Zoho modules as per specific business workflows and requirements.

User Training & Support:

• Train employees on using Zoho products effectively.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience with Zoho Cloud Software Suite (Zoho CRM, Projects, Books, Desk, etc.).
• Knowledge of business processes in sales, marketing, customer service, and finance.
• Strong understanding of automation, workflows, and integrations within Zoho.
• Proficient in generating reports and data analysis using Zoho Analytics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience in integrating Zoho with other third-party platforms.
• Strong communication skills to work with teams across different departments.

Preferred:

• Zoho Certification.
• Experience with APIs and custom integrations.
• Knowledge of cloud computing and other business software solutions.
