Job Profile

The selected candidate will be responsible for.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and schedules.
  • Coordinate project tasks, ensuring timelines are met and resources are properly allocated.
  • Act as a point of contact between project managers, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Monitor project progress and identify risks, providing timely updates to project managers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, including setting agendas, taking notes, and tracking action items.
  • Track project expenses and assist in budget management, ensuring compliance with project financial goals.
  • Support project managers in ensuring that all project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Assist in communicating project updates, timelines, and key milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Help ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.

Applicant's Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field with 1 -2 years' experience in project coordination position.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
