Job Profile

The selected candidate will be responsible for,

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives and goals.
• Design and develop impactful data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platfonns to convey complex data insights clearly.
• Lead the requirement documentation process, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows, ensuring they are comprehensive and actionable.
• Work closely with data engineering teams to define data requirements for Al model development and implementation. ensuring data quality and accessibility.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to foster collaboration and ensure project transparency.
• Engaging the design and evaluation of Al models, providing insights on business needs and translating technical specifications into business language.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that data visualization solutions and Al models meet business requirements and user expectations.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts in best practices related to requirement documentation, data visualization, and Agile methodologies.
• Stay informed about industry trends in data analysis, Al, and data engineering, recommending process improvements and new tools as necessary.

Applicant's Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 4years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on data visualization, Agile methodologies, and Al projects.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (c.g., Tableau, Looker) with a proven ability to create interactive dashboards and reports.
• Experience working with Al models, including understanding machine leaming concepts and data requirements for model training and evaluation.
• Familiarity with data engincering principles and practices, including data pipelines, ETL processes, and data quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with SQL and data querying is a plus.
• Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PM-ACP) are desirable
