Job Profile

The selected candidate will be responsible for,

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile banking applications.
  • Conduct NFR testing, including performance, security, and scalability assessments, using appropriate tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create effective test plans.
  • Review requirements and specifications to ensure comprehensive test coverage for both functional and non-functional aspects.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, and collaborate with development teams for timely resolution
  • Analyze test results, repört findings, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in test automation and NFR testing

Applicant's Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+years of experience in test automation, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Play Write, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience in testing Al models and tools is a valuable asset.
  • Experience with NFR testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRumer, OWASP ZAP) is a plus.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
