Qualifications

  • 2+ years in tech support or client services (SaaS, iOS, Android)
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and multitasking skills
  • Passionate problem solver who turns neutral customers into happy ones
  • Bonus: Experience with Freshdesk, Zendesk, Jira, Google Suite, Salesforce, Slack
  • This role supports US customers, so night shifts are required.
