DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Installing & Configuring Computer Hardware, Software, Servers, Printers, Scanners.
  • Troubleshooting systems and network problems & solving hardware and software faults.
  • Implementation of new equipment, technology acquisition software solutions & upgrades.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network.
  • Responding and attending to breakdowns.
  • Provide technical and infrastructure support for computer users.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Age below 26.
  • Followed diploma in hardware & network technology/computer system.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in similar capacity.
  • Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
