Well-established North American company specializing in IT staff augmentation, website design, SEO, digital marketing, and IT services. We are currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer and RFP Writer with excellent English writing and communication skills to support our design and proposal efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually engaging graphics for marketing materials, proposals, websites, and social media.
  • Write, edit, and format responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with company branding and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to gather information and develop compelling, tailored proposals.
  • Maintain consistency in design and messaging across all digital and print materials.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring high-quality output.
  • Communicate design concepts and proposal strategies effectively to internal teams and clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Experience in writing and managing RFPs or similar proposal documents.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both visually and verbally.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the IT industry or working with technology-related RFPs.
  • Familiarity with proposal management software or tools.
  • Knowledge of web design.
