Looking for a IT Support Assistant (Early Morning Shift)
Location: Katugastota Road, Kandy
Shift: Early Morning (4am - 12pm)
Type: Onsite, Global Company
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Assistant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our global client base. This position offers an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates or experienced individuals to grow in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Monitor system performance, ensuring the smooth operation of IT services.
- Manage and maintain documentation related to IT assets and support processes.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve technical issues and escalate when necessary.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new devices and systems.
- Ensure timely response to technical support requests.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: **Diploma in IT**.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work night shifts during the first month and transition to the early morning shift (4am - 12pm).
