Junior/Trainee DevOps Engineer

3CS, Sri Lanka's leading web solutions company, is looking for a highly motivated Trainee DevOps Engineer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for working with our DevOps team to manage and deploy code across our development and production environments. The ideal candidate should have a basic knowledge and experience with DevOps tools and technologies.

Requirements:

• Integrity, Honesty, and Loyalty
• Basic knowledge of DevOps tools and technologies
• Basic skills in Nginx, php-fpm, MySQL/Percona, Ansible, Nodels, NPM, deployer.php, Docker networking, Github CI/CD, Shell/Bash, working with ports and hosting platforms like Cloud service providers
• Ability to use Al to enhance workflows
• Familiarity with Linux server administration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Ability to learn new technologies rapidly
• Availability to respond to issues at all times, including non-working hours

Responsibilities:

• Working with our DevOps team to manage and deploy code across development and production environments
• Maintaining and monitoring servers and infrastructure
• Collaborating with development and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment of applications
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to server and infrastructure
• Supporting the web development team
• Documenting processes and procedures related to server and infrastructure management
