Associate Business Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Elicit and clearly document business and/or systems requirements to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between business and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement, and implementations
• Own the entire requirement management process which includes requirements elicitation, prototype development, requirement reviews, and documentation
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams by studying system capabilities
• Assist QA teams with clarifications and support during the testing phase to ensure the final product aligns with the documented requirements.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in IT/ Science/ Engineering or related business subject
• 1.5+ years of experience with strong analytical skills in business analysis
• Knowledge in eliciting requirements and generating related documentation
• Knowledge in Agile, Scrum and Jira
