Intern – Quality Assurance (QA)
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA Intern to join our team. As a QA Intern, you will work closely with our development and QA teams to ensure the quality and functionality of our products. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in quality assurance and software testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify issues and bugs.
- Report and track bugs in a bug-tracking system.
- Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues.
- Participate in software design reviews and provide feedback on usability and functionality.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that new features or bug fixes don’t negatively impact the existing functionality.
- Document test results and create detailed reports.
- Help maintain the automated test scripts and tools.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software testing and development life cycles (SDLC).Knowledge of QA methodologies, testing tools, and techniques.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
