IT Assistant cum Junior System Administrator

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a similar field.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in information technology is preferred.
• Knowledge of IT hardware including computers, laptops, servers, and other peripherals.
• Excellent understanding of software systems including network, enterprise, antivirus, domain control, Active Directory, operating systems, and office programmes (MS Teams).
• Troubleshoot all school network and system problems.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Installation and configuration of CCTV cameras and NVR systems.
• Configuring firewalls, routers and ERP servers.
• Troubleshoot PABX system and conference kit problems.
• Age should be below 35.
