We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain practical experience in business analysis, data interpretation, and project management. As a Business Analyst Intern, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support various projects and initiatives, helping to drive business improvements and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
• Support the development of business process models and documentation, helping to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to conduct market research and competitive analysis, presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Help in the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholder meetings, summarizing insights and recommendations.
• Participate in project planning and coordination activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation related to processes, systems, and workflows.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Provide general administrative support to the business analysis team as required.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team in a remote environment.
• Basic understanding of business analysis concepts, methodologies, and tools is preferred but not mandatory.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
