Job Title: Back End Developer (Fresher or up to 1 Year Experience)

Role Description

• We’re looking for a fast-moving, sharp-thinking Back End Developer who can build, scale, and maintain performant server-side applications.
• This role is ideal for fresh graduates or developers with up to 1 year of experience who can deliver results quickly and learn on the fly.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend APIs and services.
• Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Implement user authentication and authorization securely.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and designers for seamless integration.
• Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain high code quality with clean, modular, and testable code.
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to deliver reliable solutions.

• Familiarity with webhooks and third-party service integration

Qualifications

• 0 to 1 year of experience in backend development
• Solid understanding of backend fundamentals (HTTP, APIs, database queries, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills and fast learning ability
• Knowledge of authentication methods (e.g., JWT, OAuth)
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub for version control
