Internship - Remote 

General Responsibilities (All IT Interns)

• Assist in day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting for remote teams.
• Participate in virtual team meetings, providing updates on assigned tasks.
• Document work progress, technical issues, and solutions for future reference.
• Research and suggest new tools or technologies to improve IT operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow company data security policies.

🔹 Front-End Development Intern (Option 1)

• Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces for web platforms.
• Collaborate with UI/UX team to implement responsive and interactive designs.
• Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Debug and fix front-end issues reported by users or QA teams.
• Learn and apply modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.

🔹 Back-End Development Intern (Option 2)

• Support development of server-side logic, APIs, and databases.
• Assist in building secure, scalable, and efficient systems.
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
• Debug, test, and maintain server-side applications.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements.

🔹 IT Administration Intern (Option 3)

• Provide remote technical support for employees (software/hardware issues).
• Assist in managing company email systems, user accounts, and access controls.
• Monitor and update cloud storage and collaboration platforms (Google Workspace, MS Teams, etc.).
• Help maintain cybersecurity practices, including password policies and backups.
• Support documentation of IT policies, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals.
