We're Hiring – Engineer – HelpDesk / IT Support

Do you have a knack for troubleshooting and a passion for supporting users in a fast-paced tech environment? At Intervest, we’re looking for tech-savvy professionals to be the first line of support in delivering seamless IT services.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights (Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
• Log, prioritize, and resolve incidents and service requests through the ITSM platform
• Set up, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and user devices
• Troubleshoot connectivity, printers, and peripheral device issues
• Maintain up-to-date IT asset inventory and documentation
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of users, ensuring seamless IT access
• Educate users on IT tools, best practices, and promote cybersecurity awareness

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in technical support or a Service Desk environment
• Basic understanding of networking, server management, and workstation configuration
• Hands-on experience working with Windows and Linux operating systems
• Exposure to cloud services like AWS or Azure is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or similar
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles
• Experience in managing user tickets and incidents efficiently using an ITSM system
