EX-PACK is a leading manufacturer of corrugated carton in Sri Lanka and are looking for dynamic, talented, and motivated individuals for the below positions.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality artwork for packaging, according to customer requirements
• Communicate with customers to fulfill their design and branding needs
• Collaborate with the sales and production teams to create customer-specific packaging solutions
• Stay updated with industry trends and contribute innovative ideas to design processes

Required competencies

• Completed a Diploma or Certificate course in Graphic Designing
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in graphic designing
• Age below 35
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW (essential)
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail with a creative and innovative mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships and perform
