We’re Hiring – Junior HR Assistant (Remote – Sri Lanka) 

We’re on the hunt for a Junior HR Assistant who’s not just great with people and processes — but also has an eye for talent in the creative and tech space.

At Tactik, we’re a fast-paced digital agency working with brands across Australia. We’re growing rapidly and need someone to help us find and manage top-tier designers, developers, and creatives.

What you’ll be doing:

• Screening resumes and identifying high-quality talent (web, UI/UX, graphic design, etc.)
• Posting job ads and managing hiring pipelines
• Booking and scheduling interviews
• Supporting a global team of 15+ people with HR/admin tasks (onboarding, leave tracking, etc.)

What we’re looking for:

• Strong English skills (spoken and written)
• HR/admin knowledge
• Experience or interest in digital/creative industries (web, UI/UX, design, etc.)
• Reliable, organised, and proactive
• Must have your own laptop and stable internet

Salary: Up to 50,000 LKR/month

(Higher pay available for stronger experience and skillset)

Remote role – open to applicants across Sri Lanka
