About the Role:
Clevor IT Labs is seeking a motivated Software Engineer Supervisor Intern to lead our development team on a real-world Learning Management System (LMS) project. This is a remote internship that begins with an unpaid project phase, transitioning into a paid monthly position based on your performance.

 
Project Overview:
You will supervise a team of developers working on our custom-built Learning Management System aimed at transforming online education. The platform will support user management, course content delivery, performance tracking, and more.

 
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support an existing team of software interns
Manage task assignments, code reviews, and project timelines
Ensure project goals are met with high quality and efficiency
Foster teamwork and mentor junior developers
Collaborate with management and provide regular updates
 
What We Offer:
Phase 1 – Internship (Unpaid):
Lead the LMS project and demonstrate your capabilities.
Phase 2 – Paid Role:
Transition to a monthly paid position upon successful project completion.
 
Requirements:
Strong foundation in software development (any programming language or stack)
Some experience in team leadership or interest in supervision
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work remotely and independently
