Responsibilities:

• Assisting requirement elicitation, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with both business and technical teams.
• Participate in meetings to gain a clear understanding of project objectives and scope.
• Helping to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
• Support to maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle, conducting impact analysis and addressing changes as needed.
• Collaborate in the Agile/Scrum development process to ensure accurate communication of requirements and alignment with development outputs.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices, tools, and methodologies within the organization.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to business analysis and technology advancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Systems, or a related field.
• Should posses strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Should possess strong problem-solving skills to address IT challenges.
