Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and document business needs for FinTech products. Translate requirements into user stories and system specifications.
• Work closely with product teams to define roadmaps and features.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback for product enhancement.
• Stay updated with Fintech regulations (e.g. GDPR. PSD2). Assess risks and ensure compliance with industry standards for data security.
• Identify inefficiencies in business processes and recommend improvements, Implement workflow automation solutions for operational efficiency:
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams.
• Communicate project status effectively and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans and acceptance criteria. Participate in user acceptance testing and facilitate issue resolution.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and drive strategic differentiation.
• Develop training materials and user guides. Conduct training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and features.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration. Finance, Computer Science, or related field or relevant work experience.
• Proven experience of 4 years as a Business Analyst and a minimum 1 year as a Business Analyst in the FinTech industry, with a focus on financial products/services.
• Strong understanding of FinTech ecosystems, payment systems, digital banking, or related areas.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques such as process modeling, data analysis, and requirements elicitation.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (eg. Scrum. Kanban) and familiarity with JIRA or similar tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (eg. GDPR. PCI DSS. KYC/AML) and their implications on Fintech operations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems, prioritize tasks, and make data driven decisions.
