JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Back-End Developer at Pearly Sky Cleaning Services Private Limited, you will play a key role in designing: developing, and maintaining our back-end systems. Your responsibilities will include:

SLACK INTEGRATION:

• Design and implement Slack integrations to streamline communication and workflow automation.
• Develop custom Slack bots and workflows to enhance team collaboration and productivity.

WORKELOW AUTOMATION:

• Automate repetitive tasks and processes using tools like Zapier, Slack APis, and custom scripts.
• Integrate third-party services and APis to create seamless workflows.

BACK-END DEVELOPMENT:

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable back-end systems using Laravel, Nodejs, or similar frameworks.
• Design and implement RESTful APis for front-end and third-party integrations.

DATABASE MANAGEMENT:

• Manage and optimize databases (e.g, MySQL, PostgreSQL) for performance and scalability.
• Ensure data integrity and security across all systems.

SECURITY IMPLEMENTATION:

• Implement two-factor authentication (2FA) for secure access to internal systems and applications.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices for user authentication and data protection.

TESTING AND DEBUGGING:

• Conduct thorough testing to ensure the back-end systems are bug-free and perform well.
• Fix bugs and optimize system performance based on user feedback and analytics.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Back-End Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Laravel, Node.js, or similar back-end frameworks.
• Experience with Stack API and Slack app development.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools like Zapier or Make (formerly Integromat).
• Proficiency in RESTful APis and back-end integration.
• Strong understanding of database management (e.g- MySQL, PostgresQL)-
• Experience implementing two-factor authentication (2FA) and other security measures.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with Agite/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
