Role Summary

We are seeking an aspiring individual who is interested in full-stack development particularly in the MERN stack. As a MERN Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications that prioritize security and compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that meet industry standards for security and regulatory requirements. Your expertise in full-stack development with MongoDB, Express js, React. js, and Node js will be essential in driving the success of our projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in full-stack development with the MERN stack.
• Experience with RESTful API development and core principles, including secure API design.
• Experience in using version controlling tools such as Git for seamless development and collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of modern authentication and authorization mechanisms such as Auth.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker is an added advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on building secure and compliant solutions.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to collaboration.
• Demonstrate a good level verbal and written proficiency in English.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications catering for enterprise security and compliance using the MERN stack.
• Build and implement RESTful APIs with a focus on secure communication and data handling.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure applications meet enterprise security requirements and regulatory standards (e.g. GDPR, HIPAA) 
• Integrate authentication and authorization frameworks (e.g. OAuth, JWT) with a focus on secure access control and user management.
• Assist in software architecture and design for custom development projects focused on security and compliance.
• Assist in the design, develop and maintain CI/CD workflows for seamless development and collaboration of developers.
