Job Prerequisites

• Excellent analytical and leadership skills with experience in implementing and shaping the QA processes and strategies.
• Extensive hands-on experience with web and mobile application testing, test automation, performance, usability and accessibility, security, ETL testing, backend testing, data migration testing, report testing, etc..
• Experience in managing teams in an Agile environment with global clients.
• Ability to motivate teams, recognize good talent and bring out the best in individuals.
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Advocate of the QA specialization and expert in industry recognized best practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English

• Ul Automation (Selenium, Java, Cypress, Test NG)
• Service Automation (PostMan, SoapUl)
• CI/CD (Azure DevOps Pipelines)
• Performance (WebLoad, Jmeter)
