As an Implementation Engineer, you play a pivotal role in the seamless onboarding process of clinics onto the Vetstoria online booking platform. Your responsibilities encompass the platform's setup, configuration, and rigorous testing. In addition to troubleshooting technical issues, you ensure clinics experience a smooth transition during onboarding.

Handle the onboarding process efficiently, providing timely solutions and alternatives while ensuring swift resolution through effective follow-up.
Take charge of configuration and follow-up calls for designated onboarding accounts.
Maintain accurate client information, ensuring data consistency across the Vetstoria system, CRM, and relevant documents.
About You:
Hold a Diploma in Information Technology or an HND in Computer Science or Business IT.
1 or more years of experience in customer service, preferably in Software as a Service (SaaS).
Demonstrate a willingness to work during US Hours, from 7 pm to 4 am in the Sri Lanka Time Zone.
Exhibit exceptional written and verbal English communication skills for seamless interaction with clients, third-party providers, and internal teams.
Showcase experience working with CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.) and project management software (Jira, Smartsheets, Asana, etc.).
